Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel prior to it being processed. After you receive your shipping confirmation email, your order can no longer be canceled.

30-day return policy: Change your mind? no stress You've got 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused gear. Just a few ground rules:

  • Items must be unused
  • Customer must cover shipping
  • refund issued once item is returned
  • Customer must notify us beforehand at info@kimuracorporation.com we will reply within 2 working days with shipping instructions

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Customers are solely responsible for taxes and duties incurred on International Shipments.

Care and Washing

  • Wash as soon as possible after training. This helps prevent odor build-up and bacteria from setting in.
  • Hang dry in a well-ventilated area. Avoid tumble drying to preserve elasticity and prevent shrinkage.
  • use laundry sanitizer for extra hygiene, and to prevent bad smells
