Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel prior to it being processed. After you receive your shipping confirmation email, your order can no longer be canceled.

30-day return policy
30-day return policy:
Change your mind? no stress You've got 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused gear. Just a few ground rules:
- Items must be unused
- Customer must cover shipping
- refund issued once item is returned
- Customer must notify us beforehand at info@kimuracorporation.com we will reply within 2 working days with shipping instructions
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Customers are solely responsible for taxes and duties incurred on International Shipments.
Pre-Orders
When a Pre-Order becomes available, it will appear on the Pre-Order section of the website.
How it works:
- All Pre-Orders are £25, or local currency conversion.
- All shipping is free within the UK, standard international shipping rates apply for international customers.
- After ordering you will be issued an invoice by email as proof of purchase.
- Full refund will be offered should there be delays of more than 30 days from promised date.
- Pre-Orders cannot be canceled once made.
- Quality assurance and 30-Day return policy applies
